Sociocracy consultanting and facilitation offer from A Fairer Society

You may qualify for free participatory governance support – implementing Sociocracy!

by Carolina De Oliveira // April 16, 2026

  • Is your organisation stuck in messy meetings and unclear roles? Leadership that isn’t good at being steered by the rest of the team? “Siloed” teams that don’t communicate well between each other? Lack of adaptation and innovation?
  • Or… have you adopted some participatory governance practices in your work place, and are now ready to go deeper?

If so, this Sociocracy consulting support might be exactly what you need.

What is Sociocracy?

Sociocracy is a proven method for organising teams so that every voice is heard, and more gets done, faster.

Organisations that use Sociocracy tend to make wiser decisions through participatory decision making, have higher trust and engagement in teams that coordinate well between themselves, and continuously learn.

It is used in various sectors worldwide, and is the gold standard in cohousing and worker coops. Read more about it here.

And right now, there’s an opportunity to access consulting and support free of charge.

Why This Offer Is Different

My peers and I are currently completing our training to become certified Sociocracy Consultants through the International Network of Sociocracy Centres. In order to complete our certification, we need experience helping organisations implement Sociocracy, strictly following Gerard Endenburg’s Sociocratic Circle Organization Method.

You may qualify to receive our hands-on consulting support to implement Sociocracy in your organisation.

We are looking for organisations who are considering a deeper dive into Sociocracy, with ongoing support across your teams. We will design the support to fit your needs and resources.

Who is this for?

This offer is for organisations that:

  • Are considering implementing Sociocracy – who want to improve collaboration, decision-making, learning, innovation, engagement, ownership and trust
  • Are committed to exploring whether Sociocracy is the right approach for you
  • Do not rely exclusively on volunteer labour

Support is available virtually or in person (in Hastings, London and some USA locations).
And yes — you may qualify for free of charge support.

We will assess candidates based on their situation and needs, and how these fit with our certification requirements. Note, we will prioritise giving free of charge support to those with less means.

How to Apply

Please fill out this short form, which will inform us of your situation and needs.

Once we receive your response and qualify it, we will be in touch with next steps. Please bear with us as this process may take some weeks.

Spots are limited — so if this feels like a fit, please get in touch soon!

When implemented well, Sociocracy can feel like magic — with all voices heard, tensions transformed into clarity, and wise, adaptive decision making.
